Nowa Energia
The conference subject is extraordinarily important and topical, precisely reflecting the stream of discussion within the European Union on the level of experts from the most important economy sectors, regarding strategic matters of national energy safety and on the other hand changing conditions of the Polish energy market, from point of view of both end-users and suppliers.
The Conference is aimed to create an opportunity to discuss what ‘the European Energy Package" means for Poland and what does it mean for the market development. Main points in the discussion are among others integrated policy for energy and environment, CO2 emission, reduction - trade - role of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, competition policy and competition reality on the internal energy market. The subjects will be enriched by the specialised matters, particularly in an energy security from the end-user point of view.
It is an international and open Conference and we expect to welcome about 100 guests, including politicians, representatives of an industry and energy sector, state administration and academic circles. We are certain that thanks to the Conference and initiated discussion among local and international experts, we would be able to evaluate whether Poland could become an active player on the European energy market and whether it is possible to create high energy efficiency of the national economy without any damage to the energy security.
